C.E. Vaughan has been with some the largest auction
concerns in the world with over 15 years. His expertise lies in construction,
heavy trucks, and other related items. His experience has given him the ability
to know and call upon a wide array of prospective purchasers as well as
consignors. He has been the catalyst behind the organization, advertising, and
production of large-scale auctions.
Kurt Fogleberg has been a licensed auctioneer for over 15 years. He has
a wide range of talents, which include the organization, and planning of
auctions as well as logistics for arranging the transportation of equipment
from various locales in the United States. He has extensive knowledge in the
conditions and operation of any type of machinery as well as trucks. His past
experience lies in being a former county commissioner, which gives him the
ability to assist governmental agencies in their planning. He has operated
large-scale construction and farming projects that assist him in candidly
speaking to any user in the application of any type of equipment.
Mel Harlien has an extensive background in the auction industry with
some of the largest auction companies in the world as well as managing,
selling, and appraising equipment for national new equipment dealers in the
United States. His expertise in the auction arena is unsurpassed with the
knowledge he has gained over 30 years. His direction and operation of the
auction gallery and Internet bidding will show the quick fast paced auction
that will make the difference in the sale of your equipment.
Gayle Vaughan has the responsibility of all finances and consignors
funds. She has over 10 years experience in the auction industry as well as 15
years in the banking and management fields. Her attention to detail and
thoroughness are unsurpassed and gives the customer comfort in all
transactions.
Jodi Amaya is the manager of the auction office and brings a courteous,
smiling face to the customers as they register and complete their purchases at
the auction. Her background lies in over ten years in management of an
equipment servicing and national property management group.
Casey Harp is the newest member of the VAGLLC staff. He has been a
licensed auctioneer since the age of 15 and has sold everything from livestock
to industrial equipment auctions. His background comes from the management of
his family’s farming and ranching matters. He handles the organization and
cataloguing of the merchandise. In addition, he also is in charge of setting up
and producing the internet auctions thru Proxibid.com, while also serving as an
auctioneer.

We operate from our permanent facility on I 20 in Canton, Texas, which is 45
minutes east of Dallas, Texas. This fenced, secure, and lighted location allows
you to deliver your equipment at anytime for any of our 4 auctions per year.
This allows you to free that valuable space on your yard. We also have enclosed
covered storage for items that need dryness and security while also opening
that valuable warehouse space. Our customer list includes some the major
companies in Texas and North America such as TXU Corporation, Atmos Energy
Corporation, Adams Brothers Construction, Inc., rental companies, financial
institutions, and government agencies. Our buyers come from Dallas-Ft. Worth,
Houston, San Antonio, Rio Grande Valley, East & North Texas, Louisiana and
the Southeast United States.
